HEADINGLEY FARMERS’ MARKET RE-OPENS AT THE ROSE GARDEN SATURDAY JULY 11th – please come and join us!

We are really delighted that the Farmers’ Market can take place in its usual venue in the Rose Garden once again. Swillington Organic have done an amazing job running the Market Collective whilst the usual market has been unable to take place because of Covid 19. July will see us back in the Rose Garden but not quite back to our pre lockdown normal! After a rigorous risk assessment we will be putting all the necessary precautions in place. The stalls will be more spaced out to allow for social distancing and there will be a one way system around the market. We will be managing the queue to enter the market and there will be sanitiser at the entrance and exit. We will also be managing the number of people and checking that customers are keeping the necessary social distance whilst queueing at the stalls. Stall holders will be taking payment by card wherever possible and the safety of both our customers and our stall holders is obviously our priority.

July market will see 16 stalls in the Rose Garden and Johnson’s fish sold from his van.
